Throughout our 110-year history, Marvin has worked to imagine and create better living in our communities through volunteerism and charitable giving.
In 2022, we launched Giving at Marvin to better coordinate these efforts across the enterprise. By doing so, employees are more involved, engaged, and connected to each other and the local communities where we live, work, and play.
Brighter Days Fund
Helps team members during times of unexpected need, such as serious illnesses, accidents, natural disasters and more. The Fund is supported by employee contributions and Marvin.

Marvin Bright Squads participate in organized volunteer efforts to brighten our community and support local nonprofits and charities.
