Position Description:
The Consumer Marketing Manager will lead a team and strategy that delivers the Infinity From Marvin brand and experience to single family homeowners in markets where Infinity has corporately owned retail locations.  The primary areas of responsibility for the Consumer Marketing Manager are managing a successful lead generation strategy and championing the Infinity from Marvin retail Customer Experience.  The role requires thought and strategic leadership as well as execution and performance ownership of all lead generation and customer experience initiatives.  Command of budget, KPI’s, and customer satisfaction are critical.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
 
Lead Generation

Qualified in home appointments are the lifeblood of Infinity from Marvin’s window replacement business.  The Consumer Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing a lead generation strategy that delivers the number of leads necessary to achieve sales and growth goals

• Identify, execute, measure, and improve upon lead generation campaigns that result in highly qualified in home appointments
• Negotiate and purchase digital, broadcast, and print media; manage all marketing relationships
• Create and manage a Show and Event strategy, both traditional and non-traditional
• Manage all creative designs, drop dates, promotions, and schedules
• Effectively use CRM to deploy, capture, and measure marketing efforts
• Continually assess KPI’s relative to budget and plan to optimize ROI
• Create and manage social media strategy and deployment
 
Customer Experience

• In collaboration with Infinity corporate marketing, represent and deliver the Infinity from Marvin retail customer experience across all consumer engagement points
• Design and champion the retail customer experience online, in market, and in the home
• Develop, train, and manage the necessary personnel, systems and processes required for delivering a consistent and superior customer experience
• Recruit, hire, and train show and event staff, call center personnel, and customer service representatives
• Create and manage a Repeat, Referral, and Review strategy
 
Knowledge/Skills/Personal Characteristics:

• Detail obsessed, highly organized, ability to prioritize, leadership qualities
• The ability to build and maintain an effective team
• Advanced knowledge of and high level of comfort with Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of and experience with CRM system
• A positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and a drive to perform
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
• Minimum of 3 years’ marketing and lead generation experience within Home Improvement industry. Focus on premium brand(s) and replacement windows preferred
• Knowledge and leadership experience in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)
