Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

  • Answer, identify and redirect calls from the support services call center
  • Provide clerical support to department supervisors
  • Maintain phone logs and call center data base
  • Review and forward website contacts from customers
  • Miscellaneous duties to ensure that a premier Marvin experience is attained with every customer contact
  • Warranty registration
  • Provide backup support in other functional areas

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in an office setting
  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers in a cheerful and optimistic manner
  • Clerical and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to analyze customer needs and respond quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure

Education:

  • High School Diploma – post secondary education helpful

Hours:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
