1st shift:  M - F, 7:00am - 3:00pm     Pay: Based on experience;  Minimum $13.10/hr 
2nd shift:  M - F, 3:00pm – 11:00pm*     Pay: Based on experience;  Minimum $14.60/hr  [$13.10 (base) + $1.50 (shift differential)]
3rd shift:  Su – Th, 11:00pm – 7:00am*     Pay: Based on experience;  Minimum $15.10/hr  [$13.10 (base) + $2.00 (shift differential)]

*Overtime maybe required during busy season (April – November), as needed.

Position Summary
The Loader is responsible for working with co-workers to meet and exceed company goals. This position is responsible for communicating effectively to ensure that trucks are shipped complete and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Successfully load trucks in an organized and safe manner.
  • Ensure all products are scanned properly to the truck.
  • Operate a forklift safely while performing daily tasks.
  • Properly document department data/complete required paperwork.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment is maintained.
  • Responsible for maintaining/repairing shipping carts and racking as required.
  • Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS – Associates are required to stand or walk on a concrete floor surface for up to a ten-hour shift.  Associates must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions, including reaching above the shoulders. Associates must also be able to bend, stoop, and turn. Lifting requirements: 20 lbs. frequently; 40 lbs. occasionally for light production; and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production.  Team lifts should be used for any item over 50 lbs.  

Education, Training and Experience:
  • Previous forklift/industrial vehicle operation experience preferred; must be able to obtain and retain the proper forklift/industrial vehicle licenses required for the role
  • Ability to communication successfully 
  • Ability to work successfully with a diverse workforce
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Candidates must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
