Senior Support Assistant

Job Summary:
The Senior Support Assistant will work directly with senior leaders and will be responsible for performing a number of
administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and organizing daily calendars. The
ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load while prioritizing tasks
in a fast-paced operations environment and is familiar with office management technologies. The Senior Support
Assistant reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations.
Job Duties:
•Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism
•Manage a variety of special projects for the Senior Director of Operations some of which may have an
organizational impact
•Coordinate communication, correspondence and schedules
•Maintain commitment records, provide reminders, and ensure timely and professional follow up
•Arrange meetings and appointments; manage the schedule of the Senior Director of Operations
•Responsible for meeting planning, logistics, and technology utilization for Operations Leadership
•Act as liaison between executives, senior leaders, and operations employees
•Facilitate travel arrangements and itineraries; manage expense and affiliated reporting
•Prepare regular accurate reports and presentations
•Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism
•Respond and follow up promptly to queries and requests
•Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
•Demonstrated problem solving ability in time sensitive situations
•Experience with office management technologies
•Exceptional interpersonal skills including ability to work collaboratively
•Strong knowledge and understanding of organizational structure and product offerings of the company
•A minimum of one year experience in an admin or customer service role in a fast paced environment
