A Production Associate is responsible for operating production line equipment, using hand and power tools, finishing products and reporting any issues with equipment supervisors. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for assembly of quality product in accordance with standard work procedures
• Perform work that is repetitive in nature
• Use of essential tools including electric, manual, and air tools
• Use of essential measuring equipment
• Ability to read labels and customer orders
• Ability to cross-train into multiple work stations
• Effectively working with others
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Dependable attendance
• Additional duties as assigned

Physical Demand:

• Standing and/or walking for 8 – 10 hours a day
• Performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
• Working at an established production rate pace entailing pushing and/or pulling of materials up to 50 pounds
• Lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently, team lifting may be required for heavier lifting
• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, and turning
• Climbing stairs and/or ladders and working in elevated areas
 Duties can be learned on-the-job in a short period of time.
