HR Specialist / Recruiter
HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST / RECRUITER
The HR Specialist / Recruiter serves a critical role within our Human Resources team. As a HR Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create a strong pool of candidates for our organization’s current and future hiring needs by sourcing candidates through various channels.
In addition to recruiting, this individual will provide support with communications and project management related to workplace culture, employee engagement and total rewards.
To be effective in this role, the ideal candidate must have a collaborative working style, be an innovative thinker and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and prior HR, recruiting, sales or business development experience but anyone enthusiastic about this opportunity is encouraged to apply.
