Team Leader--Operations Infrastructure

The Operations System Team Leader will play a key role is the Operations Management System for Warroad and Grafton.  The primary responsibility will include executing strategies that drive change in organizational culture while leading the Operations System Infrastructure Team.
A Team Leader will (Major Roles):
• Be an active member of the Operations System Steering Team
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Operations System and take a hands-on approach
• Solicit new or additional team members to support mission
• Work with key stakeholders throughout operations and leverage enterprise resources as appropriate
• Motivate team members and communicate team goals and timelines
• Preserve consistency of physical work cells and systems used to support work cells
• Ensure physical work cells, logic flow of products, and vehicles throughout the facility are maintained
• Provide foundation for communication and transportation systems while protecting physical structure(s)
• Optimize footprint through the alignment of manufacturing processes and materials

Qualifications (Education and Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Manufacturing experience is essential.
• Team leadership experience
• Product & Industry experience – continuous improvement methodology a plus
